Zachary Loves to Look at Books

My mommy bought me some books with lots of cool pictures in them.

This one is all about animals. I am learning what each animal is called.

I can turn the pages all on my own.
Mommy tries to help and I push her hand away!

See! I can do it!

Yup! I sure am proud of myself!

Zach's New Tricycle

This is my new bike. My aunt B and aunt Tiffer got it for me.

I am pulling it around because my feet don't quite reach the pedals.

Let me check this tire out...have to make sure it has enough air.

These streamers on the handlebar are tickling me.

My new bike has a bell! It is so fun to ring and ring and ring!

Happy 2nd Birthday

My daddy brought home balloons for me today cuz' it's my birthday!

My Lightning McQueen birthday cake...mom sure does know what I like.

Unwrapping presents sure is a lot of work...but a lot of fun too!
I had to climb over this one to get it unwrapped.

My Papa and NeeNee got this book for me. I really like the stars.

I wonder what is in this one.

It is wrapped in Lighting McQueen paper,

I bet it is a good one.

Zach's big boy haircut

Zach didn't want anything to do with getting his haircut.

He wiggled and struggled to get off mommy's lap.


Oh no! What did you do to my hair?

It is just a little uneven.

You didn't seriously think I was going to let them

give me a good haircut did you?

Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!

It is so fun to see all the animals at the zoo!

Mommy's favorite was the monkeys...daddy's too!

We stayed at that exhibit the longest,

that's how I know it was their favorite.

My Chicago Trip

This is my cab ride with mommy and daddy!

I love getting to sit on daddy's lap instead of the car seat!

Of course, daddy doesn't like it because it isn't safe.
